Chili Garlic Roasted Crab

What makes this recipe so easy, is that you can easily tweak any ingredients to suit your tastes.  Extra chili garlic oil just means more sauce for your noodles or rice! 

Mr Bing Chili Garlic Roasted Crab

Dungeness Crab - 4 Legs (fresh or frozen)

1/4 c Mr Bing Chili Crisp (mild or spicy)***

2 T Garlic, Crushed

2 T Butter***

1/4 c Olive Oil (or other oil)***

1/4 Bunch Cilantro, Cleaned and Picked 

Boil the 2 crab for 10 minutes.  Crack crab and set aside. 

Heat Mr Bing, crushed garlic, butter, and olive oil, until garlic starts to cook, but not burn.  Toss with the chili garlic oil with crab, and roast at 400F for 5 minutes or until oil starts to sizzle.

If you would like more sauce with the crab, just increase the amount of Chili Crisp and olive oil.

Serve it over noodles or rice.  Garnish with cilantro.

Serves 4.
